Job Summary
As a Provider Representative, you'll support Health Care Partners by managing inquiries and enhancing their experience with Cigna. This role involves onboarding follow-ups, addressing claims and payments inquiries, and resolving complex provider complaints. Key qualifications include proficiency in English and another required language, strong communication skills, decision-making ability, and teamwork. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields such as Translation, Foreign Languages, or Accounting is highly valued.
Required Qualifications
- Active knowledge of English (C1 level)
- Active knowledge of Portuguese and/or French and/or German and/or Italian (B2 level)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work accurately with data
- Skills in decision making regarding allocated files
- Team player mentality
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
