Job Summary
Execute a market growth strategy to identify, engage, and recruit independent primary care practices into the Counterpart Health provider network. Meet directly with physicians, practice administrators, and healthcare leaders to demonstrate Counterpart Assistant, address objections, and convert opportunities into signed partnerships. Represent the brand at provider meetings, conferences, and community organizations to strengthen market presence. Partner closely with Provider Success teams to ensure a seamless transition to onboarding for new enrollments. This field-based role requires 60–70% travel (3–4 days per week) and is based in Houston or Dallas, Texas. Success is measured by meeting quarterly and annual provider recruitment goals through disciplined pipeline management.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of outside sales experience in healthcare technology, clinical software, value-based care solutions, provider network contracting or servicing
- experience prospecting, delivering executive-level presentations and product demonstrations, overcoming objections, negotiating agreements, and developing partnerships with physician practices, hospitals, health systems, and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs)
- a strong understanding of primary care, Medicare Advantage, value-based care, provider economics, quality incentive programs, and reimbursement models
- a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, provider contracting or recruitment goals, and territory growth objectives
- willing and able to travel 60–70% (3–4 days per week) and support provider recruitment and market expansion efforts across multiple regions of the United States
- Location: The ideal candidate will live in Houston or Dallas, Texas

- You master the fundamentals of Counterpart Assistant, the provider value proposition, and the CA demonstration process
- You effectively obtain and conduct provider meetings, fluently articulate the clinical and financial value of Counterpart Assistant, and consistently convert targeted provider practices into signed partnerships
- You meet or exceed provider enrollment and market growth goals through excellent performance in signing partners and disciplined management of target pipelines
- You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, field-based sales environment and is motivated by building new relationships, opening markets, and delivering measurable growth
