Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for Provider II bonus-related questions, educating clinicians on the Provider Incentive Plan, bonus methodology, and collection timing. Review individualized bonus calculations, explain quarterly bonus statements, and assist providers in understanding how documentation and coding impact reimbursement. Educate staff on coding best practices, reinforce documentation standards, and collaborate with Billing and Clinical Leadership to identify common deficiencies. Build positive working relationships by responding promptly to inquiries, identifying recurring concerns, and recommending process improvements. Maintain confidentiality of provider compensation while participating in department meetings and supporting organizational initiatives related to provider engagement.

Desired Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- Experience in Case Management, Clinical Operations, Revenue Cycle, Billing, or Healthcare Administration preferred
- Understanding of healthcare reimbursement and coding principles preferred
- Experience explaining complex information in an easy-to-understand manner
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Financial reporting systems (preferred)
