Job Summary
Review and input enrollment data using multiple websites and systems while adhering to contract requirements, business unit rules, and legal regulations. Maintain productivity by managing time, attendance, and punctuality to meet service level agreements and contractual obligations. Ensure reliable broadband internet with minimum 24MBS download and 8MBS upload speeds, working from a dedicated home office with a door from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Submit applications by September 01, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in a metric driven environment
- Experience using multiple monitors and systems
- Experience working in the Healthcare Industry / Medicaid specifically
- Experience Meeting Service Level Agreements and contractual obligations
- Ability to learn and ask questions to be independent
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM availability
- Punctuality and reliable attendance
- Ability to maintain focus
- Ability to meet performance expectations
- Adherence to company policies
- Broadband Internet connections with a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload
- Home office or room with a door to separate from anyone in the house
