Job Summary
Provider+ Enrollment and Screening Product Owner guides the development, delivery, and evolution of Provider+ Enrollment and Screening capabilities with focus on quality, updated data supporting enrollment, re-enrollment, revalidation, screening, FWA prevention, and accurate provider directories. Acts as primary bridge between clients, operations, policy, and engineering; owns end-to-end product backlogs and ensures compliant, scalable systems; collaborates across teams to align on priorities, roadmaps, and platform evolution. Responsibilities include translating requirements into actionable user stories, backlog grooming, roadmap development, Agile ceremonies participation, ensuring Medicaid policy compliance, and supporting client discussions and onboarding efforts. Fully remote opportunity with the option to work anywhere within the United States; travel 0-10% anticipated.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager
- Provider enrollment and screening knowledge
- Solid understanding of Medicaid programs, policies, and business processes such as provider management, claims, encounters, and prior authorization
- Strong experience working within Agile/Scrum environments
- Proficient in backlog management, requirements gathering, and stakeholder communication
