Job Summary
Provider Enrollment Analyst Performs preparation, formatting, and submission of provider enrollment applications to government agencies and third-party payers for Texas-based facilities. Tracks status and ensures deadlines and compliance requirements are met; maintains organized documentation for each facility; retrieves and compiles documents for audits/renewals/internal reporting; provides administrative and operational support to the Provider Enrollment department; coordinates with facility staff and external agencies to gather information and resolve issues; stays informed on changes to provider enrollment regulations and payer guidelines; collaborates with CFO and supervisor on miscellaneous duties.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in healthcare AR, claim billing, or facility or provider enrollment is strongly preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet firm deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Knowledge and understanding of Adobe PDF or Foxit Phantom PDF
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
