Job Summary
Provider Engagement Specialist III (PES) to drive provider engagement and relationship-building for Imagine Pediatrics in Louisiana. Remote-based role with frequent travel within the state; expected schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm CT with potential weekends for conferences/events. Primary duties include managing provider relationships, executing engagement initiatives, coordinating events, serving as the point of contact for providers and community organizations, pulling data from Tableau to share with PCPs, mentoring new team members, and meeting monthly engagement targets. Requires strong interpersonal skills, familiarity with pediatric care environments, and ability to work across hospitals, physician offices, and pharmacies; bilingual Spanish preferred but not required. Travel ~75% within the territory; base salary $75,000–$90,000 plus bonuses and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of related experience in sales, direct marketing, or market development in a medical or healthcare field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; CRM experience preferred
- Access to reliable transportation
