Job Summary
Provider+ Provider Data Management Product Owner responsible for guiding the development, delivery, and evolution of the Provider+ data management module with a focus on regulatory-compliant, accurate data supporting enrollment, re-enrollment, revalidation, screening, FWA prevention, and accurate provider directories. Acts as the liaison between clients, operations, policy, and engineering; owns the end-to-end product backlog; translates complex regulatory requirements into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria; collaborates across teams to ensure quality, compliance, and scalability; participates in Agile ceremonies and supports both active client deployments and implementation initiatives; travels 0-10% as needed; remote-friendly within the United States.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager (preferably in Medicaid or public health)
- Provider data management knowledge
- Solid understanding of Medicaid programs, policies, and business processes (provider management, claims, encounters, prior authorization)
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Proficient in backlog management, requirements gathering, and stakeholder communication
- Excellent organizational, presentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills
