Provider Data Coordinator

Job Summary
Provider Data Coordinator to manage credentialing data for MPC/MCMI. Responsibilities include provider data entry, auditing, corrections, collecting required documents for initial credentialing, creating and sending credentialing status letters, creating service tickets for new providers and roster changes, auditing provider rosters for changes, following up on missing contracting documents, and composing provider network declination letters. Supports the Network Manager with project tasks and reporting. Provides backup support to the Provider and Facility Services Coordinator. Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and Adobe, strong data-collection and accuracy skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multi-task in a healthcare environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- minimum of 3 years of administrative experience within a healthcare environment
- credentialing or provider data maintenance experience (preferred)
- strong Microsoft Office 365 skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Adobe)
- excellent verbal and written communication
- interpersonal skills
