Provider Credentialing and Onboarding Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinating the credentialing and onboarding workflow for incoming providers (physicians and APPs), including licensure applications, privilege documentation, and enrollment with payors. Acts as liaison among Medical Staff Affairs, onboarding, leadership, state boards, and external organizations; responsibilities include maintaining CME records, tracking licenses/certifications, managing reappointment and enrollment processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance (JCAHO, NCQA, URAQ) across multiple sites. Responsibilities extend to APP-specific support (payroll-related tasks, scheduling, system setup), data management, reporting credentialing statistics, and maintaining organized online records. Travel may be required across sites. Prolonged sitting and computer use are expected, with occasional lifting up to 15-20 lbs. Shift is 40 hours/week; non-exempt status; office environment in Morgantown, WV. Equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree OR High School Diploma or Equivalent AND 2 years of healthcare or administrative experience
