Job Summary
Provider Contracting Senior Supervisor manages provider contracting activities across the U.S. and Canada, with responsibilities including negotiations, contract administration, and relationship management with healthcare providers and TPAs. Implements contracting strategies, analyzes financial impact, tracks performance, and supports junior team members. Collaborates with internal stakeholders across Clinical, Provider Operations, Payment Integrity, and Commercial teams to drive network performance and cost efficiency, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and governance guidelines. Requires strong negotiation, data analysis, and communication skills; travel up to 20%; remote work potential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience in healthcare, insurance, provider contracting, or related commercial role
- Strong preference for candidates with international insurance experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Professional English required; Spanish fluency preferred
- Ability to travel up to 20%
