Provider Contracting Lead Analyst - North or South Carolina

Job Summary
Lead ancillary provider and health system contract negotiations with manager and senior teammate oversight. Perform detailed financial modeling and analysis related to provider contracts to exceed planned timing and performance expectations. Efficiently leverage complex internal systems and processes to support provider contract administration. Cultivate relationships with current and prospective providers within your assigned market to nurture partnerships and support local strategy. Understand the interrelationships and competitive landscape of the providers in your geographic area to assist in the development of Commercial networks and identify opportunities for greater value-orientation. Work closely with internal and external individuals, including Legal, Network Analytics, and Sales, to accomplish goals. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of two years in Commercial Provider Contracting, Network Operations, or Pricing.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in Commercial Provider Contracting, Network Operations or Pricing
- Strong communication and presentation skills, along with listening ability
- Strong analytic skills and financial acumen
- Ability to prioritize projects and to handle multiple demands simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
- Significant industry experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor degree
