Job Summary
Provider Compensation Consultant responsible for designing and managing provider compensation programs, forecasting and modeling to reflect market benchmarks, and ensuring regulatory compliance; serves as a strategic partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and operations to guide workforce planning, risk management, and education for stakeholders while aligning compensation with organizational goals and sustainability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related area or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 years of demonstrated experience some, if not all, of the following: provider compensation design, finance, physician practice management and/or project and change management.
- Experienced with a variety of forecasting and modeling techniques.
