Provider Compensation Analyst

Job Summary
Prepare and interpret moderate financial analyses for provider compensation, productivity, and strategic development. Assist in calculating monthly/quarterly provider compensation, audit payroll files, and true-up payment records against plan terms. Track wRVU production, panel sizes, access scores, and incentive measures while escalating data discrepancies. Maintain organized records for comp plans, support onboarding/offboarding workflows, and develop internal SOPs to improve processing logic. Respond to audit or compliance inquiries with clear supporting files. Requires strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency; no programming or SQL experience needed.
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Knowledge of billing and coding information
- 1 year in healthcare finance, provider comp, analytics, or related roles
