Job Summary

Oversee onboarding and implementation for bringing new providers onto the Carrum platform, including orienting providers to the Carrum model, collecting information for internal teams, and coordinating interfaces to enable providers to go live for Carrum members. Manage provider operations post-implementation with KPI tracking, outcomes reporting, escalation handling, and ongoing relationship management at senior levels. Collaborate with internal teams on billing, invoicing, and customer success for self-insured employer customers; develop workflows for provider onboarding and operations; support sales via RFP responses; contribute to maintenance and enhancement of provider accounts with the Senior Director; address escalations involving patients or customers; lead JOC meetings with providers; travel ~15% and thrive in a start-up, remote-first environment with offices in SF and Chicago,HIPAA-compliant handling of confidential information, and a passion for value-based care.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in roles that work with providers (hospitals/health systems, physician groups, or ambulatory centers)
  • familiarity with elective surgeries, billing and invoicing, DRG and CPT codes
  • experience interacting with front-line clinical, administrative, and finance stakeholders to senior leadership
  • ability to travel ~15%
  • ability to manage multiple priorities in a start-up environment
  • strong communication and professionalism with healthcare providers
  • knowledge of self-funded employer health plans and direct contracting (plus)
  • data-driven and analytical skills to drive actionable insights
