Prototype Technician

Prototype Technician builds prototypes for clients based on direction provided by engineering to validate form, fit, and function of industrial designs. This onsite role in East Butler, PA involves constructing prototypes per specifications using tools (table saw, miter saw, grinder, drills), assembling setups for brand activation or pilot stores, redlines drawings for changes, assessing risks, verifying vendor parts, validating instruction sheets, presenting ideas to engineering for alternate construction, transferring information to manufacturing, and install prototypes in the field as required. Strong analytical, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are essential, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and travel as necessary.
