Prototype Assembler 2 – 1st Shift

Mechanical assembly on 1st shift in Ladysmith, WI, following documented work instructions and safety procedures. Responsibilities include operating basic hand and pneumatic tools, supporting molding operations, packing products, basic computer tasks, and conducting visual and dimensional quality checks. Also assists with preventative maintenance, keeps work areas organized, and may work across departments. Requires overtime (typically 10–20 hours/week) and reporting to the Production Supervisor. Must have a High School Diploma/GED or equivalent and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship offered.
