Job Summary
Protocol Engineer to join Injective Labs and work with the protocol team to brainstorm, spec, implement and test chain features for DeFi modules. Responsibilities include building, maintaining and testing core Cosmos-SDK components such as the decentralized orderbook, trade execution coordinator, order matcher, and Layer-2 execution environment; developing and optimizing core blockchain components (consensus, state management, financial infrastructure); writing open-source Golang clients for direct interaction with the protocol and smart contracts; researching and developing new blockchain features; and collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to enhance the ecosystem.
