Job Summary
Technical support for the protel product range by phone and email; responsibility for and coordination of customer inquiries; use of hotel industry experience and IT knowledge; clear and friendly communication by phone and email, even in stressful situations; effective communication and collaboration within the support team; plus multilingual language requirements (German, English; French/Italian advantageous). The role is based in Zurich with a hybrid work model (three days in the office) and offers after a training period the option to work from home.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of protel onPrem or protel Air (or similar products)
- Experience in hotel front and back office
- Basic understanding of business administration in the field of accounting
- Strong IT affinity
- Perfect German skills and good English skills; French and/or Italian are very important
