Job Summary
Graduate Trainee program (GeT) within PROTÉGÉ focusing on Contractor Program Management. Responsibilities include assisting in the development and enhancement of Contractor Program Management processes and online systems; analyzing data related to contractor management including performance and capabilities; supporting planning and execution of contractor events (e.g., roadshows, Safety Day) and engagement activities; assisting in HSSE-related improvement initiatives (e.g., ProSafe, HSSE Scoreboard); providing support in HSSE technical matters, including contractor HSSE documentation and OSH management systems. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in HSSE, Engineering, or a related field; open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience; basic data-analysis knowledge; proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to ISO standards is a plus; strong teamwork, proactive attitude, and good communication skills for effective task planning and execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in HSSE, Engineering, or a related field
- Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
