Job Summary
PROTÉGÉ Graduate Trainee in Civil Engineering based in Kulai, Johor. Assist in monitoring construction activities to ensure conformance with drawings, specifications, and project requirements; support verification of approved materials, methods, and workmanship; assist in site inspections and witness activities under the Contractor’s RFI; help prepare and maintain project documentation (daily site reports, progress updates, inspection records, correspondence); support reporting to authorities and stakeholders; maintain organized project records and coordinate with stakeholders for timely information distribution; provide administrative and technical support to the construction supervision team; participate in site meetings and record meeting minutes and action items; perform additional duties as assigned by Senior Resident Engineer and Resident Engineer.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Less than 1 year of working experience
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work on-site and learn construction supervision practices
