Identify theft, mischief, and fraud while maintaining a safe environment for customers and staff. Observe, greet, and approach situations with a customer-first mindset, ensuring a professional demeanor with the public, staff, and law enforcement. Conduct security audits of buildings and assets, performing arrests, ask-to-pays, and product recoveries. Document all evidence and type clear, concise reports as required. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. You must hold a valid BC Security Worker's Licence with Security Guard endorsement, possess reliable transportation for travel between store locations, and demonstrate strong decision-making skills under difficult circumstances. Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $26.00.
