Job Summary
Evaluate client requests and prepare service plans, cost estimates, and Statement of Work contracts using the case management system. Monitor live tasks, acknowledge information from security teams and clients, and escalate incidents to senior management when required. Prepare client detail briefs including planned schedules and team information while communicating with global vendors and responding to security team support requests. Ensure projects adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, track deadlines, and review invoices. Maintain documentation and adhere to operational controls, legal, and regulatory procedures to ensure client asset and personnel safety.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma (or equivalent)
- An associate degree or bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Three plus (3+) years of experience in an Operational environment
- Local or reasonable travel distance to Central London
