Job Summary

Oversee and manage IOM Iraq's Prevention of and Response to Sexual Exploitation, Abuse, and Sexual Harassment (PSEAH) efforts, providing victim-centred support in alignment with the organization's five key pillars of Leadership, Accountability, Capacity Development, Victim Assistance, and Partnership. Coordinate directly with the Chief of Mission, Regional PSEAH Officer, global Headquarters Unit, and relevant thematic specialists within the Country Office and Regional Office. Act as an active member of the inter-agency PSEA Network or Task Force in-country. This role operates under the direct supervision of the Chief of Mission and contributes to United Nations and Inter-Agency Standing Committee efforts at both global and country levels.

Experience in PSEAH (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) or PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) prevention and response
