Job Summary
Advocate for clients and agents in the lifecycle of life, health and wealth insurance placements by reviewing coverage, coordinating applications with clients, and guiding cases through policy placement. Responsibilities include establishing client rapport, partnering with agents to engage with clients in discovery calls and fulfillment of applications, providing initial underwriting input, coordinating with underwriting and marketing teams on coverage recommendations, completing forms with clients, explaining policy ownership basics, monitoring case progress, gathering outstanding requirements, and documenting activity to improve team efficiency and service quality.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree plus two to three years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
