Job Summary
Perform all phases of prosthetic dentistry and related dental implant services to appropriate standards, utilizing advanced 3D CAT scan technology and an on-site lab. Build rapport with patients and staff while promoting center profitability through a patient-centered approach to treatment planning and daily operations. Lead the center with an emphasis on driving financial success and collaborate with the national panel to share experiences and coordinate research on implant protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Professional Degree: DDS/DMD
- Certificate in Prosthodontics from an American Dental Association accredited program
- Ability to build good rapport with patients and staff
- Willingness to take a leadership role in the center
- Patient-centered mindset and approach to treatment planning and day to day center operations
