Job Summary

Prosperity Specialist to empower individuals and families to achieve financial stability. Develop and implement programs for financial literacy and economic independence; conduct one-on-one consultations; facilitate workshops on budgeting, saving, credit management, and career development; track client progress and report outcomes; advocate for clients by connecting them with services; collaborate with community partners and stakeholders; maintain confidentiality and uphold organizational policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role focusing on community development, social services, or economic empowerment
  • Experience in developing and implementing programs that promote financial literacy and economic self-sufficiency
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with community organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data management systems
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
