Job Summary
Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically, and with a smile to create a friendly entrance into the OTF studio. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and membership goals by meeting package offerings, renewals, and retail targets. Conduct telephone inquiries, follow up calls, and lead studio previews with prospects. Process accurate cash and credit card transactions while maintaining an organized lobby and clean front desk. Troubleshoot technical issues, solve problems, and deliver timely follow-through on all prospective client activities. On-board new clients using Client Intake Forms and FP Agreements while working closely with the Fitness Team. Maintain accurate records using established OTF sales systems and establish an effective referral program. Respond to member requests with urgency and demonstrate a passion for health, fitness, and continuous learning within the Orange Team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and extremely organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to identify, analyze, and develop solutions to problems
- Functional computer skills required MS Office basic programs (word, excel), Internet, Basic computer program software use
- Ability to work and function in an ORANGE TEAM environment (Orange is more than a just a color, its an attitude)
- Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and/or weekends
- Passion for health and fitness and helping others succeed
- Must possess a passion for continuous learning and a strong desire for career growth
- High School Diploma required
- Previous sales experience, with strong sales skills (experience working in a sales quota bearing structure highly preferred)
