Job Summary

Manage a team of Passenger Service Agents to assist passengers requiring wheelchair assistance at the airport across all phases from curbside to aircraft. Responsibilities include pushing wheelchairs, assisting with transport and check-in/claiming baggage, aiding passengers in boarding and alighting aircraft, gathering and returning wheelchairs to staging, and upholding safety procedures and company standards. Emphasis on delivering a professional customer experience, reporting safety incidents, and contributing to a safe, compliant environment in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy. Also supports related duties as assigned and maintains rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications require a high school level education, age minimum of 18, credentialing as per airport/state regulations, and 2+ years of supervisory experience.
