Job Summary
Create a fun, energetic environment by delivering the "Star Service" model to every customer while proactively educating them on product knowledge and merchandise campaigns. Engage in a selling culture focused on acquiring customer needs, advising on additional products to maximize sales, and promoting Dallas Cowboys United Membership packs. Uphold store visual merchandising standards by maintaining a neat, clean sales floor, cash wrap, and fitting rooms, and ensure all assets are protected through accurate cash handling and merchandise checks. Balance exceptional customer service with operational tasks while following all company policies and procedures with integrity. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet daily KPIs as part of the Dallas Cowboys Pro Shops team.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years old
- Able to stand for extended periods (4 hours or longer)
- Able to lift 30lbs.
- Strong communication skills
- Equipped to troubleshoot/problem solve and remain calm in challenging situations
- Upholds honesty and integrity in all decisions and actions
- Demonstrates flexibility and quickly adapts to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness
- Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail setting
