PROSHOP - Retail Store Lead - Starting Rate of $15

Create a fun, energetic environment for fans while mentoring teammates on the "Star Service" model and selling skills. Proactively educate yourself and the team on product knowledge and merchandise campaigns to communicate promotions effectively. Support the Store Manager's vision by maintaining a neat, clean sales floor, cash wrap, and fitting room to ensure safety. Assist in recruiting and hiring by conducting prescreen interviews and providing feedback. Lead promotions for Dallas Cowboys United Membership packs and perform all day-to-day operational tasks, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling, in the absence of the Store Manager.
