Job Summary
PROSHOP Key Holder role in Dallas Cowboys Pro Shops focused on delivering world-class customer service, driving sales, and maintaining store operations. Responsibilities include creating an energetic fan environment, leveraging the Star Service selling approach, educating oneself and teammates on product campaigns, upselling and meeting daily KPIs, assisting with onboarding and training new associates, cashiering and POS execution, merchandising standards, and safeguarding store assets. Requires high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, strong communication, problem-solving, adaptability to schedule including nights/weekends/holidays, and a commitment to integrity and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Able to stand for extended periods (4 hours or longer)
- Able to lift 30lbs
- Strong communication skills

- Flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays
