Job Summary
As a Key Holder at Dallas Cowboys Pro Shops, you'll create a fun and energetic environment for fans and teammates while providing world-class customer service. Responsibilities include empowering teammates with the 'Star Service' model, maintaining store visual merchandising standards, and ensuring a clean and organized sales floor. You'll engage in a selling culture, advise customers, and support the Store Manager in onboarding new associates. A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with the ability to work flexible hours, strong communication skills, and physical capability to stand for long periods and lift 30lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to stand for extended periods (4 hours or longer)
- Able to lift 30lbs.
- Upholds honesty and integrity in all decisions and actions
- Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail setting preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Equipped to troubleshoot/problem solve and remain calm in challenging situations
- Demonstrates flexibility and quickly adapts to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness
