Job Summary
Deliver a world-class shopping experience by utilizing the "Star Service" model to engage customers, upsell products, and maximize daily sales KPIs. Proactively educate fans on merchandise campaigns and maintain strict visual merchandising standards across the sales floor, cash wrap, and fitting rooms. Protect assets by accurately checking in merchandise and ensuring precise cash handling while completing all opening and closing procedures. Uphold company policies with integrity and assist the Store Manager in training new associates on point of sale execution and customer service. Balance exceptional fan engagement with operational tasks to ensure a safe, inviting atmosphere for teammates and customers.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years old
- Able to stand for extended periods (4 hours or longer)
- Able to lift 30lbs.
- Strong communication skills
- Equipped to troubleshoot/problem solve and remain calm in challenging situations
- Upholds honesty and integrity in all decisions and actions
- Demonstrates flexibility and quickly adapts to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness
- Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail setting
