Job Summary
Customer-focused Key Holder responsible for creating an energetic, game-day shopping experience in Dallas Cowboys Pro Shops. Responsibilities include uplifting the selling culture, training and onboarding new associates, promoting products and campaigns, maintaining merchandising standards, ensuring accurate cash handling, and executing opening/closing procedures. The role supports achieving store KPIs through upselling, relationship-building with fans, and delivering exceptional service, while adhering to company policies and maintaining a safe, organized sales floor. You will engage customers using product knowledge, participate in campaigns (e.g., Dallas Cowboys United), and contribute to a winning team environment with integrity and flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous experience in a retail setting preferred
- Able to stand for extended periods (4 hours or longer)
- Able to lift 30lbs
- Strong communication skills
- Able to troubleshoot/problem solve and remain calm in challenging situations
- Upholds honesty and integrity in all decisions and actions
- Demonstrates flexibility and quickly adapts to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness
- Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
