Job Summary
Deliver a world-class shopping experience by utilizing the "Star Service" model to engage customers, upsell products, and maximize sales while maintaining a fun, energetic store environment. Uphold visual merchandising and cleanliness standards across the sales floor, cash wrap, and fitting rooms, ensuring assets are protected through accurate cash handling and merchandise checks. Complete opening and closing procedures, assist with new associate onboarding, and promote Dallas Cowboys United Membership packs. Maintain integrity in all decisions and adapt to flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years old
- Able to stand for extended periods (4 hours or longer)
- Able to lift 30lbs.
- Strong communication skills
- Equipped to troubleshoot/problem solve and remain calm in challenging situations
- Upholds honesty and integrity in all decisions and actions
- Demonstrates flexibility and quickly adapts to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness
- Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail setting
