Manage the sales floor by creating an energetic environment, executing the "Star Service" model, and proactively educating customers on product knowledge and merchandise campaigns. Uphold visual merchandising standards, maintain a clean and organized sales floor and fitting rooms, and complete daily opening and closing procedures. Engage in a selling culture to advise, upsell, and influence additional purchases while protecting assets through accurate cash handling and merchandise checks. Motivate teammates, assist with new associate onboarding, and promote Dallas Cowboys United Membership packs. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to balance exceptional customer service with operational tasks.
