Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer experiences by utilizing the "Star Service" model to maximize sales and profit while building relationships with fans. Maintain a fun, energetic environment through proactive product education, strict visual merchandising standards, and daily upkeep of the sales floor, cash wrap, and fitting rooms. Protect assets by accurately checking merchandise upon arrival and ensuring consistent cash handling integrity. Support the Store Manager with onboarding new associates and training on point of sale execution and merchandising. Balance these operational duties with sales goals to meet daily KPIs, requiring flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years old
- Able to stand for extended periods (4 hours or longer)
- Able to lift 30lbs.
- Strong communication skills
- Equipped to troubleshoot/problem solve and remain calm in challenging situations
- Upholds honesty and integrity in all decisions and actions
- Demonstrates flexibility and quickly adapts to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness
- Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
