PROSHOP - Key Holder, Retail Stores

Create a fun, energetic environment by delivering the "Star Service" model to encourage customer loyalty and maximize sales. Proactively educate customers on product knowledge and merchandise campaigns while maintaining strict visual merchandising and floor standards. Engage in a selling culture focused on building relationships, advising, and upselling to meet daily KPIs. Assist the Store Manager with onboarding new associates and training on point of sale execution. Uphold company policies, protect assets through accurate cash handling and merchandise checks, and complete all opening and closing procedures. Balance exceptional customer service with necessary operational tasks including maintaining a safe, clean sales floor and fitting rooms.
