ProSales Associate (Entry Level)

ProSales Associate participates in Herc Rentals’ Black and Gold Academy, a 12-month sales training and development program designed to prepare individuals for possible placement into a Territory Sales Representative role. Responsibilities include shadowing Territory Sales Representatives, visiting customer job sites, assisting with customer outreach and lead generation to support revenue growth, and gaining exposure to branch operations and specialty segments. Training covers professional selling skills, account management, territory planning, and customer engagement, with a clear path toward long-term advancement into sales leadership roles. The program emphasizes building customer relationships, effective communication, time management, and staying flexible to support career growth across multiple locations and potential relocation opportunities.
