Job Summary
ProSales Associate participates in Herc Rentals’ Black and Gold Academy, a structured 12-month sales training and development program designed to prepare participants for potential placement into a Territory Sales Representative role. The program provides coaching, field exposure shadowing Territory Sales Reps, training in professional selling skills, account management, territory planning, customer engagement, and exposure to various specialty segments. The role emphasizes learning the equipment rental business, driving revenue growth, lead generation support, and preparing for long-term sales career advancement within a Fortune 1000 organization. Opportunities include relocation openness and multiple locations with travel within assigned territory; recent graduates or early career candidates are encouraged to apply, with associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 0–5 years of sales experience or relevant customer facing experience
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory
