Job Summary
ProSales Associate participates in Herc Rentals’ Black and Gold Academy, a structured sales training and development program designed to prepare for a Territory Sales Representative role after 12 months. Training covers professional selling skills, account management, territory planning, and customer engagement, with exposure to field sales, customer sites, and lead generation. The program offers hands-on field experience, operations exposure, and coaching toward long-term opportunities in sales leadership, with a path toward placement into a Territory Sales role upon completion. Required Qualifications
- 0–5 years of sales experience or relevant customer facing experience
