Job Summary
Black and Gold Academy sales-training program for an ProSales Associate to gain hands-on field exposure, shadow Territory Sales Representatives, visit customer job sites, assist with lead generation and revenue growth, learn product portfolio and branch operations, and prepare for placement into a Territory Sales Representative role within Herc Rentals; must be willing to travel within assigned territory and be able to work in multiple locations as needed; ideal candidates are recent graduates or early career professionals with strong communication, interpersonal, and goal-oriented skills, and a willingness to learn and apply feedback.
Required Qualifications
- 0–5 years of sales experience or relevant customer facing experience
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
