Job Summary
ProSales Associate in Herc Rentals’ Black and Gold Academy, a 12-month structured sales training and development program designed to prepare for a Territory Sales Representative role. Participate in hands-on field exposure, shadowing experienced sales leaders, and coaching across sales skills, account management, territory planning, and customer engagement; learn the company’s product portfolio and support revenue growth within assigned territories; gain exposure to core branch operations and specialty segments, with a defined path toward long-term advancement into sales leadership roles.
Required Qualifications
- 0–5 years of sales experience or relevant customer facing experience
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel within assigned territory
- Interest in a long term sales career with opportunities for advancement
