Job Summary
Oversee site management at a behavioral health clinic in Buffalo, NY, coordinating support staff, consultant clinicians and prescribers, multiple on-site programs, and facility matters. Manage staffing, training and supervision of employees; supervise and review clinical work including assessments, treatment and treatment plans; provide consultation to staff and maintain an active caseload. Requires strong program-management experience in behavioral health, supervisory background, and licensure (LMSW/LMHC/LCSW) with a valid NYS driver license.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work or related field
- LMSW, LMHC or LCSW license
- minimum of two years paid full-time direct service experience in behavioral health
- at least 1 year of clinical supervisory experience
- valid NYS Driver License
- proficiency with MS Office and Cerner electronic health records
