Job Summary
PROS Program Supervisor to oversee site management responsibilities at our behavioral health clinic in Buffalo, NY, coordinating support staff, consultant clinicians and prescribers, supervising clinical work, managing multiple on-site programs, and handling facility matters. Responsibilities include staffing, training and supervision of employees; reviewing clinical work (assessments, treatment and treatment plans); providing consultation; and maintaining a caseload. Requires LMSW/LMHC/LCSW license and 2+ years of direct service experience in behavioral health with supervisory experience. Location: Buffalo, NY. Benefits and competitive salary available.
Required Qualifications
- LMSW, LMHC or LCSW
- minimum of two years paid full-time direct service experience in behavioral health
- valid NYS Driver License
- proficiency with Cerner electronic health records and MS Office
