Job Summary
Oversee production of propulsion subsystem for high‐orbit satellites, including assembling propulsion components into a subsystem and integrating it onto the vehicle. Design and build (or source) tooling and equipment to manufacture propulsion components; build the factory infrastructure to support satellite production; develop manufacturing processes meeting rigorous standards; collaborate with cross‐functional teams to deliver on time and to spec; assist in recruiting new teammates for the growing team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in a technical discipline (e.g. engineering, physics)
- 3+ years of industry experience in propulsion, space vehicles, or high-precision welding
- Proficiency in Computer Aided Design (CAD)
- Hands-on design/development mindset
- Demonstrated ability to manage construction of complex hardware
- Must be onsite 5 days a week
