Propulsion and Fluid Systems Analyst

Propulsion/Fluid Systems Analyst sought to support the development of propulsion, life support, and thermal control systems required for the design and build of artificial-gravity human-rated space stations. Responsibilities include thrust-chamber CFD analysis with conjugate heat transfer and regenerative cooling, CFD of air distribution and cabin volumes for life-support, planning and participating in test campaigns, developing and reviewing dynamic system models for propulsion and related subsystems, and presenting analysis for NASA or other certification programs. Requires collaboration with engineers, developing analysis best practices, and mentoring colleagues; role is onsite in Torrance, CA.
