Job Summary
Proprietor/General Manager responsible for the overall operation of the Ted’s Montana Grill restaurant in Tallahassee. Lead guest satisfaction, drive sales and profitability, and ensure financial and operating goals are met. Hire, train, mentor, and provide clear direction to team members while partnering with the Culinary Manager/Chef and FOH Manager to uphold operational standards. Maintain P&L oversight, budgeting, scheduling, and inventory control with a hands-on leadership style in a scratch kitchen environment. Actively engage with the community and deliver “Big Sky Moments” to guests through strong leadership, accountability, and a commitment to quality and sustainability, ensuring exceptional guest service and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years as a General Manager, Managing Partner or Assistant General Manager
- Polished casual, upscale or fine dining experience (preferred)
- Sustainable operational results with solid job history
- Stellar business acumen – managing a P&L, scheduling, ordering/inventory
- Enjoys hands-on leadership in a scratch kitchen restaurant
