Job Summary
Shape the EMSP proposition across Europe by developing and evolving the EMSP offering for different customer segments and use cases. Drive go-to-market strategies, pricing and commercial setup, support key partnerships and fleet solutions, design tailored offers for key accounts and EMSP partnerships, and collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and customer service teams. Lead product development input to ensure alignment with customer and market needs, monitor customer feedback to enhance the end-to-end customer journey, and enable cross-functional teams via training and guidance. Role requires master’s level education, ~5+ years in e-mobility or complex product environments, strong commercial acumen, and fluency in English; locations include Stockholm (Solna), Amsterdam, Berlin, or Hamburg with hybrid work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree (e.g., MSc or MBA)
- Experience in e-mobility or a complex product environment (approx. 5+ years)
- Strong customer focus and commercial mindset
- Structured, analytical, and quality-driven way of working
- Comfortable collaborating with and influencing diverse stakeholders
- Confident communicator and presenter
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
